Items_-_Usage 1. I was wondering what happens when I try to upgrade an item. Is the item lost or just the scroll? If you fail, the scroll vanishes, and an upgrade slot is used up. 2. Minigame question.Has either Monster cards or Omok been released yet? I hope so...If yes, and you've played them: How many cards/Omok pieces are needed? Yes, they are released.You need 15 cards to make a set of cards.You need any two different Omok pieces and a table to make a set of omok.You need a set to play the game. 3. Are the Omok and Monster Card games implemented? In which server (KMS or EMS or both?)? And how do you play them? Their prizes? I haven't checked in EMS but ppl were saying that it was not implemented. In KMS? Yes, they were implemanted. Even, there is a rank for it. 4. What are the various Ores worth? Err, ores are worth several hundreds to several thousands. As I see that EMS is at its earlier stage, some ores can be cost several ten thousands. ie. the black pearls or whatever it is called. Crystal ores are much more expensive ones than normal ores. There are 5 of the kinds. ie. Str Crystal, Dex Crystal, Luck, Int and Dark. They will be worth several hundred thousands. 5. what is the fastest "speed" rating in the game? i.e. the claw garnier has a "fast" rating and meba has a "faster" rating. is there any claw which is even faster? and do ligators drop claws? if they do what claws do they drop? "faster" is the fastest currently. Ligators do not drop any claw at the moment. 6. I'm sure this is going to be a really dumb question, but could anyone inform me as to how to use scrolls? (such as scroll for dex for shoes) First, you have to equip the item which the scroll will be atached. Then drag and drop the scroll on your item. Then, a message will appear to show your success or fail. By the way, normally, low level items are not worth attaching a single scroll. You can save them and use them later or sell them later when ppl have more money to buy your precious scrolls. 7. Are gloves worth getting? They seem to become obsolete quickly because you can make a new one every 5 levels. Should I use my steel to make the level 25 one? They are not really worth at low level and also not practical to make globes in every 5 levels. I recommend to make or buy one at around 20 or 25 and then get 35 globe from John's 2nd jump quest. Later, gloves are good since it has not only defence but also some additional stats. ie. gloves with +3 Str. etc Also, it is very important to all the non-magician to have gloves since you can attach Glove Attack Scroll to your gloves. Say, if you have a 40-attack weapon and 8 attack on your glove, your weapon will work like a 48-attack weapon. 8. Hmm, what about 2-handed swords, do their speed stay normal? Yes, only one at 35 has Fast speed but all the others stay at normal. 9. is there a location where i can upgrade my armor? i have seen places for helmet, shoe, and shield upgrades, but not for armor...
